For more than 50 years now, the name ROSE stands for quality in stamping technology. We were always focused on designing of high quality and maturity tools for series production of sheet metal parts for automobiles. We can only reach this aim by a close contact and an intensive exchange with our customers. The requirements on reliability, deadline and quality has always been top priority for us, our customers appreciate this.

The sequences of car models are getting always shorter, therefore the time for building the manufacture facilities is running even shorter. On this reason we are keen to put all our concentration on feasibility and optimal production environment by die design. This will save time and money for our customers.

Our die designers have best experience for the die types on
- Single presses
- Tri Axis and Crossbar presses
- Large Prog and Multistage presses

On all working places we have installed the latest version of Siemens NX which is one of the mostly used CAD Systems in the automotive industry. Our designers have good skills on this system and with the application of modern and constantly evolving designing methods, we are able to react quickly and flexible on the requirements of our customers.

By using different data interfaces and data transfer systems we are able, to communicate with nearly every format our customers are providing us. We are writing flexibility in big letters.
